Q. Who will pay sample shipping cost?

Ans : 1. Regarding to the sample freight, Buyer can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected.

2. Second option is, We will send the sample through our couier account using DHL / Fedex / TNT which will be cheaper for your location and you have to pay the freight to us.

Q. How do you control Quality? 

Ans : We do quality testing before starting the bulk production, as well as Our quality team checked the goods at every stage in production line from Raw Material to final packaging. 

Our quality team works only for our client's satisfaction that si why our small clients do not need any kind of inspection.

Q. Do you organize Door Delivery?

Ans : Yes we also organize Door to Door delivery in all over world except a few regions. For small shipment we suggest air shipment through DHL as their service very reliable and fast as well their charges are acceptable . 

For large shipment we organize a door to door delivery through sea in that case the shipment take approx 30-40 days in transit. 

Q. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

Ans: Yes, we can print or emboss the company logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.

We usually produce goods based on customer's samples or based on customers' picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

Ans: Nahva Sheva / JNPT Mumbai (For Sea Shipment)

Q. What is your MOQ?

Ans. Our MOQ is 100 Pcs/Sets but we can accept your lower Quantity for trial order.

Q. Is ther any Discount?

Ans : Yes, we offer a good discount at larg qty order.

Q. What is your normal lead time?

Ans. Production Lead time is 30 working days for regular item. For customized item lead time would be 40-50 working days ex-factory.

Q. How is ordering a container advantageous?

Ans : Ordering a container load has a very big advantage that is money. Order a full 20 ft or 20 ft container may seem to be a costly affair but actually it is way more money saving that LCL. In LCL shipments there is huge clearance cost and transportation cost as well as lot of work needs to be done. In full container load it is not that confusing.
